1、Can not start

1) Poor compression – perform a compression check and repair the engine if necessary

2) Improper air distribution timing – check air distribution timing and correct if necessary.

3) Faulty ignition – check and repair if necessary.

4) Fuel system, fuel pump, fuel filter, injector drum obstruction, mismatch of injector types used – check fuel pressure and injectors. Fuel contamination.

5) Three yuan catalytic device blockage

6) oil pressure is too high – oil lagging valve or oil pump failure (resulting in the valve can not be closed).

2、Difficulty in starting

1) poor compression – compression check, repair the engine if needed.

(2) air-fuel ratio oil-poor, vacuum leakage, injector drum barrier – check the inlet vacuum leakage, injector.

3) Air-fuel ratio rich oil, fuel injector, input transporter failure – check fuel injector, troubleshooting. Voltage, resistance test on the input transporter.

4) Fuel pressure regulator, fuel pump – check fuel pressure and injectors.

(5) Ignition system failure – use the oscilloscope to check the ignition system.

3、Idle speed speed instability

(1) Compression deterioration – compression check, repair the engine if necessary.

2) Exhaust gas recirculation valve (normally open) – carry out exhaust gas recirculation valve check.

3) Vacuum leak – check intake piping for leaks.

4) Dirty injectors – clean or replace injectors

5) Dirty throttle housing – clean the throttle when necessary.

6) Intake valve is dirty – use combustion chamber cleaner to wash away the dirt on the valve.

4, torque converter lock-up clutch lock-up engine work is not stable
